About The Expert

Dianne Crampton is an engaging and inspiring professional speaker, author, columnist, Executive leadership coach and team management consultant. She speaks with the credibility and wisdom of one who has measurably helped organizations improve their productivity and bottom line.

Dianne developed the TIGERS group development model in 1988. The TIGERS model tracks and measures behaviors that build highly successful, productive, and quality focused teams. These behaviors are founded on trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success – and form the hub of a collaborative team based culture. She also provides team project management and strategic planning consulting for fortune 500 companies, merging organizations, community groups and small businesses poised to go public.

As president of TIGERS Success Series, Dianne Crampton has also published in Working Together: Diversity as Opportunity, with endorsements from Stephen Covey and has written for trade magazines.

Dianne’s business was nominated by Merrill Lynch for Inc. Magazine’s small business and entrepreneurial awards. Her work with Native Americans was a published case study at a United Nations sponsored conference and TIGERS was endorsed as a model that builds a caring and collaboration in the work place. She has been a featured presenter at the international customer service association convention, management association conferences, stakeholder conventions and a topic presenter for the National Association of Applied Business Ethics.

Dianne has trained teams and leaders from the break room to the board room. Her executive retreats are fast-paced, highly interactive, and align teams with their mission and goals.
